Mr. Suresh Chand Singla, is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, is an art graduate having 25 years of experience in Share Market. During 1980-85 he worked for M/s Daga Mills Store, Delhi as Sales Executive looking after sales promotion. He has over the period attained excellence in Capital Market and has very good knowledge of shares traded in India and Abroad in the Biotech Industry. His presence in the Company is of immense importance since he has been actively involved in the marketing of chemicals. Culture Media, Import, Export, Production Control etc. and making lot of efforts for the growth of the Company. He has been a Director on our Board since October 01, 1993.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Singla, a commerce graduate, is the Founder and Promoter of Titan Biotech Limited and currently serves as the Managing Director. With over three decades of experience in project implementation, financial and management consultancy, and administration, he brings a wealth of expertise to the company.

He began his professional journey in 1984 as a Director at M/s. Connoisseur Management Services Private Limited. He started first venture in the financial market under the aforementioned company and acted as lead manager to various public issues.

In 1988, he ventured into the pharmaceutical industry, playing a pivotal role in establishing a manufacturing project. Thereafter, having rice experience in the Pharma industry he started a new venture under the name and style “Titan Biotech Limited” (Formerly known as Titan Medicare Limited) for manufacture of Biological Products and Culture Media for Microbiology for 1992.

Later on he started a new venture in 1993, in Titan Securities Limited engaged in financial services and got membership as category -1 Merchant Banker. In 1996, he successfully managed several public issues in Titan Securities Limited as manager and advisor of issues.

His leadership is currently instrumental in overseeing the modernization of Titan Biotech’s manufacturing facilities, which is vital to the company’s sustained growth and the successful execution of its projects.

He also possesses strong expertise in accounts and finance. Within Titan Biotech Limited, he is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Furthermore, he serves on the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Titan Securities Limited.

Mr. Shashwat has also qualified the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He has remarkable exposure and over Six years of experience in corporate law advisory to Corporates and Government Companies, corporate governance issues, listing in SME and Main Board platform, Valuations and advising on various corporate and legal matters.

Mr. Saurabh Shashwat has immense experience and specialize in dealing with matters relating to Company Law, Securities Laws, Corporate Governance matters, Legal Due Diligence, Start-Ups, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Technology Transfers, Mergers, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Listings and Capital Market Transactions.

Mr. Saurabh Shashwat has played a major role in improving the corporate governance, compliance and provide for a strong mechanism for monitoring the actions, policies and decisions of corporations to ensure alignment of interests among the stakeholders.
